Conditions of Booking
Please telephone or e-mail to make a booking for your chosen week (s).
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
The balance and a £ 50 refundable damage deposit is payable no later than 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival.
Your booking is accepted when we send you written confirmation.
Cancellation of bookings must be advised as soon as possible, and then confirmed in writing.
Guests are advised to take out holiday insurance as the whole charge will be due.
A refund less an admin charge will only be made if we are able to re-let the property.
The accommodation may only be used by the members of the party listed on the booking form.
Bookings are available from Saturday to Saturday.
Arrival is from 3.00pm and departure is by 10.00 am (unless otherwise arranged)
We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to guests property.
We reserve the right to enter the property at any time should the need arise
